The service

Sip provides hydration tracking and recurring automated SMS reminders to help you reach your daily water goal. By creating an account and opting in to SMS, you agree to these Terms.

SMS program

  • Program name: Sip.
  • Recurring automated water-reminder texts.
  • Message frequency varies, up to your daily limit.
  • Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be the authorized user of the phone number you submit.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harass others or violate applicable law.

No medical advice

Sip is a wellness tool, not medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional about your hydration needs, especially if you have a medical condition.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by emailing sipwaterapp@gmail.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sip is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
